Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

We currently ship worldwide, but some countries may have restrictions on jewelry imports. If your country is affected, we will notify you before fulfilling the order.
