Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

    • Custom, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for return.


2. Restocking Fee

    • For returns due to change of mind or any non-defect reason, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

    • In this case, we will replace the item with the same product at no cost.

    • If the same product is out of stock, you may:

      • Choose another item of equal value, or

      • Request a full refund (no restocking fee applied).


4. Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

    • You will receive confirmation via email once your refund has been issued.


5. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

    • If the requested replacement is unavailable, the refund option applies (as in Section 3).


6. Shipping for Returns

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without it.
